This spot is either extremely overrated or underrated depending on when and who you ask. It features light staircases, some ramps, and a number of rocks for BNE level distance jumps and cat passes. Good for the creative. The block of flats around the corner also features some neat climbups and wall stuff if you don't mind getting some odd looks.
